Join other expectant parents in this powerful, 8-week in person birthing course. Learn to engage the mind to release  pain, fear, and anxiety during labor while increasing confidence, courage, and joy in the natural  experience of labor and delivery. 

 

In this course, learn to

  • Engage the mind to work with the body during labor

  • Increase confidence and courage for the experience of labor and delivery

  • Practice prenatal exercises for strength and flexibility
